Note: Fee is deposited from 1st to 20th of each month in Punjab National Bank, Shyampur.
Fee Rules
- It is mandatory for all students to pay 12 months’ fee (School and bus).
- The school fee has to be deposited in Punjab National Bank, Shyampur from 1 to 20 of every month.
- If the school fee is deposited between 21 to the last date of the month, a late fee of Rs. 50 will be added to the fee slip of the next month.
- If the fee for a month is not deposited, then the fee for that month will be added to the fee slip of the next month along with late fee of Rs. 100. This entire amount has to be deposited before the 20. In case of further delay, late fee will be added as per rules.
- If a student’s fee is not deposited for two months, a late fee of Rs. 500 will be added to the next month’s fee slip. After this, in case of delay, an additional late fee of Rs. 200 per month will be payable.
- If the fee of a child is not deposited for four months, his name will be struck off from the school. In this situation, a fresh application for admission to the school will have to be made and the admission fee will have to be deposited along will the previous due school fee and late fee.
- If any student has to change or stop the bus facility from any month, then written application has to be given 15 days before the said month.
- The fee for the month of March will be payable by 20/02/2024 along with the fee for the month of February. The fees for class 10 and 12 students from January to March will be payable till 20/01/2024.
- If the school fee is deposited in any other branch of Punjab National Bank other than Shyampur branch, it is the responsibility of the parent to deposit the receipt in the school office. If you pay online, please inform the class teacher about the payment via WhatsApp.
- It is the responsibility of the parents to deposit the school fee on time, for this the school will not make repeated requests.
