The knowledgeable teachers are the asset of any school and able to improve productivity and performance. The knowledge shared in the school by the teachers gives a positive impact to the school and increases the teacher knowledge collectively.
Knowledge sharing is the key element in knowledge management. It will ensure the sustainability of the school.
Knowledge sharing sessions were held and many interesting activities were conducted from 7 Jan to 13 Jan 2025 at SRVM on various topics like challenges of adolescence, competency based education, different health concerns, how to inculcate values in students, importance of TLM and Visual Aids, how to engage students in active learning, discussion about our tiny tots, and so on.
Excellent presentations were given by our esteemed teachers, Ms. Nirmala Tiwari, Mr. Satpal Singh, Ms. Pallavi Sharma, Ms. Deepti Rawat, Ms. Poonam Vinayak, Ms. Geeta Joshi, Ms. Amrinder Kaur, Ms. Reeva Rawat, Ms. Shalini Goel, Ms. Divya Prabha, Ms. Deepika Rana Ms. Pooja Yadav, Mr. Ram Kishan Singh, Ms. Mannu Chaudhary, Ms. Anuradha, Ms. Poonam Sharma and Ms. Manju Pandit.
