The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic zeal at #Shri_Ram_Vidya_Mandir, Shyampur Kangri. The programme began with the flag hoisting ceremony by our respected Principal Ma’am, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, which filled the atmosphere with pride and reverence for the nation.
The cultural segment commenced with an inspiring speech in English by a student, highlighting the importance of the day and the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. This was followed by a melodious patriotic song presented by the girls of Classes VII and VIII, which deeply moved the audience. A speech in Hindi further strengthened the patriotic spirit among all present.
As part of the day’s observance, S.H.O. Shyampur Kangri administered an oath to all staff members and students as part of the De-addiction Campaign, pledging to stand against all forms of drug abuse.
The celebration concluded with renewed commitment towards patriotism, unity, and social responsibility.
